What this site is

This is a pre-release description of PocketPilot and a way to request an invitation to a future UK closed beta. It is not the PocketPilot service, a bank connection, a payment service, or financial, investment, tax, or credit advice. Product illustrations use synthetic examples and features may change before release.

Joining the waitlist

You must give your own name, provide an email address you are entitled to use, and actively consent to beta emails. Joining is free, creates no purchase obligation, and does not guarantee an invitation or a particular invitation date. Invitations may be limited, paused, or sent in stages while the product is tested safely.

The comments box is optional and read by a person. Do not use it for anything sensitive, for someone else's personal information, or for content you have no right to send.

You may leave the waitlist at any time by emailing us. How we use your information is explained in the waitlist privacy notice.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or bypass its security, submit addresses without permission, or automate repeated requests. We may reject or remove abusive, fraudulent, or clearly automated submissions.

Availability and accuracy

We try to keep the site available and the pre-release information accurate, but we do not promise uninterrupted access or that every described feature will be included in the beta. Nothing on this site limits rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the beta approaches. The date above shows the current version. Material changes to how waitlist information is used will be handled under the privacy notice and will not silently create a new consent.

Law

These website terms are governed by the law of Northern Ireland. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory rights and may also be entitled to bring a claim where you live.
